Our Firm
To ensure that the staff at Richard Heath & Co. stay up to date on important tax regulations, the members of our firm maintain an active membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the South Carolina Association of CPAs (SCACPA) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, (NACVA).
Richard Heath
Mr. Heath is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPA's, and the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Richard is also a Certified Valuation Analyst and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
Mr. Heath has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1974. He is licensed to practice in North and South Carolina, and has a B.S. and a Masters of Accountancy from Florida State University.
Mr. Heath's focus is with small business and their owners’ particularity in the retail and wholesale distribution industries where he has participated in and facilitated business roundtables for owners and CFO's for over 25 years.
Ronda Fania
Ms. Fania is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPA's and South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Ms. Fania has been a Certified Public Accountant licensed in South Carolina since 1998. She graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina - Coastal Campus, with a B.S. in Accounting.
Ms. Fania is also a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor and works with small business clients to customize QuickBooks to meet their business needs.
Patricia Frady
Patricia Frady has been a Staff Accountant with the firm since August 2004. She is a 2004 graduate of Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance.
Patricia is a member of the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and is a CPA candidate.
Dot Deese
Dot is responsible for client Payroll & Reporting, Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliations and Sales & Use Tax Reporting. She graduated from CPCC in 1977 in Medical Office Assisting and actively attends continuing education classes.
She gained general accounting experience throughout her business career in the business offices of hospital and medical offices and a large bottling corporation. A native from Charlotte, NC, Dot came on board with the firm in July 1999.
Kristin Eggen
Kristin Eggen is the first smiling face you meet when you visit our office. She joined the firm in July of 2011 as Accounting Support following completion of an Associate Degree in Accounting from the University of Alaska in Anchorage.
Kristin is responsible for billing and accounts receivable issues for the firm. As well as assist with payroll and reporting, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and income tax preparation, she does countless other administrative tasks. She will do everything she can to make sure you feel welcome and that you have a pleasant experience with us.
